Certaining provides certificates and services that can be obtained online or via voucher. We provide refunds in certain situations and respect our reputable clients' trust.
The refund will only apply to goods purchased with the FULL fee payment, not any previous payments. A refund for any examination is only accessible if the entire cost is paid in full with no remaining balance. If the applicants do not meet the eligibility conditions outlined in the regulations or do not pay the requisite service fee, they may be unable to claim a refund.
If an application performs a large number of Candidate Card/Bank Account transactions owing to a technical issue, or if the Candidate's account is debited with an excess amount in one or more transactions, the excess amount, less Payment Gateway fees, will be returned. Check with your bank's executives.
If payment is made using the Candidate Card/Bank Account but the enrolment credential for the examination is not obtained, Certaining will provide the candidate an exclusive Exam ID only after proper verification and at no additional charge. However, if a candidate requests a refund, Certaining will not limit the return policy. He or she refunded the net amount.
